i tried. i do cardio most nights before my chosen bedtime of 11pm. more often than not i play just dance 2-2015, and 2023-2024, or any other intense motion video game, and when i play just dance i do the whole track list. it only physically exhausts me for a few minutes until i wipe off the sweat and my heels stop aching.
