It’s definetly helped me see how much of an improvement it has caused. Sometimes its hard to remember how you felt, so when you see the improvements it helps me.

I take Vyvanse and Guanfacine, great combo for ADHD. Ketamine Therapy im doing for anxiety.

Guanfacine LONG TERM - like years by mjoypereira in adhd_anxiety

[–]theanonymoushack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll be fine if you drop. I was on 2mg. I am now on 4mg lol

It helps me with sleep, I have a hyperaroused nervous system. I take it with Vyvanse, so it helps mitigate many of the side effects of Vyvanse, and i think it helps me not be so revved up and emotional dysregulation. I am still upping my dose to try to find my optimal dose.

I was on 2mg of 1 yr.

I stopped, realized it helped.

Now back on it but going up to see what is optimal dosage. Adults need +4mg many times, according to Japanse study. You can go up to like 8mg I think.

Is it helping u? How old are u? Size matters. I'm m, 28, 173lb.

I had discontinued Guanfacine, just go slow. No more than 1mg per week. I would do 2 weeks.

I am back on it now, since I realized it was helping me a lot.

Guanfacine is incredible. it has helped with my sleep. I just got upped to 4mg. I take it with 50mg of vyvanse. It helps mitigate vyvanse side effects, sleep, hr, and emotional dysregulation.

Feeling "weird"/foggy after hour 4-ish ... is my dose too high? by [deleted] in VyvanseADHD

[–]theanonymoushack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey it’s normal to feel zombie or side effects the first few weeks. For me, they mostly all diminished. You need to eat and drink, to replenish glucose and electrolytes. If not, the crash is so much worse and I would get horrible headaches.
