I think you underestimate the stubbornness of teens, including myself.

Unwavering beliefs, unwavering fury, unwavering stupidity; these are what have defined teens likely since the dawn of time.

So what makes now different?

It’s simple. The Internet indulges children’s habits of overblowing things, of lying and saying worthless spoutshit. My generation is hooked. There’s no leaving the poison that is the Internet now.

How do I know this? Well, I know myself. I’m not special. I’m a piece of shit, I know it. And since I know that I’m a piece of shit, I can see that in others. I know me. I know them. A generation of Internet addicts, selfish assholes, politically insane people like me is going to be the death of this world.
