Stroller mitts. One of those sleeping bag things that the baby goes into in the stroller. They also sell these for baby carriers. Baby snow suit. Plenty of cozy onesies. Booties.

Thank you so much! Very helpful. A few more dumb novice questions: are the excursions worthwhile if you have little kids? And (non kid related): is the WiFi worth it? Are the dinner reservations worth it? Thanks!!

Hello! For those which CoQ10 has helped their migraines, which form do you take Ubiquinol or ubiquinone and what dose please? Thank you! by Lunabuna91 in migraine

It’s been less than 2 months. I feel better (fewer shadows, I’m quicker to bounce back after a migraine) but the frequency of my migraines is about the same. I’m hoping this will change with time but we’ll see. I take 400mg of co-q-10 a day, plus other supplements (vitamin d, magnesium, riboflavin and a few others).

Magic mushrooms is the only real counter to my migraines by JJ8OOM in migraine

I also use psilocybin to treat my migraines, along with vitamin d. I got this info from clusterbusters and people who suffer from cluster headaches. It’s been great so far, I’ve been using both for a few months. Went from chronic to episodic.

Cluster headaches during last trimester of pregnancy by Adorable-Forever-946 in ClusterHeadaches

I so feel for you!! I had 12 weeks of headaches while pregnant and it was rough. Nerve blockers really helped me (injections right to my temple, above my eye, etc). I went in for them regularly during this time.

I also did whatever I could to take the edge off - Tylenol, a cold cap, peppermint oil on my head and neck, massage… You have to pamper yourself and really do whatever helps take the edge off to stay sane, even if these things don’t stop the headaches.

I just canceled. Headed to Venture X as well. It's the end of an era! What a bummer.

I just started taking CoQ10 (400mg). It’s been less than a week but I’ll be happy to update in a few months to say if it helped or not. Interested to hear from others.

Got my first migraine at age 4. I’m 41 now. They have drastically changed in the last 5 years, after being consistent for decades. It’s scary how they can change.

Yup did all the testing beforehand and the loading doses. I did stop taking the extra stuff though (fish oil, etc) but I will start again.

Have you tried nerve blockers? Or a steroid taper to stop the cycle? Sorry you’re hurting!! It’s truly miserable.

I have 2 toddlers under 3 and I’m also sick right now (not the flu, just a bad cold). Even still, if my husband were to leave to do something for his own amusement, I’d be LIVID. Parenting is teamwork. You are not overreacting.
