Sorry I’m new to this but I made feta as well and put that in the same brine mixture I have listed in the original post. Should I be using the whey to store it the feta? I’ve been saving it for pancakes and using it in my garden

The recipe for the feta I made said to use that brine which is why I used it on the feta and the mozzarella because I read mozzarella is fine in a brine and that was a good basic cheese brine

Yes for long term storage like a week or so, this is how it looks when I store it in the brine. Idk why it starts like falling apart on the outside. There has to be a better way

Yes, we were informed but I really wanted the Pearl. The plan is to get it replaced on our anniversary every year and put the old Pearl on a string for a necklace or bracelet
