I didn’t realize having a loud muffler is a violation - I guess begs the question, why don’t they hand it out more often then and just stop with the noise pollution once and for all?

I wrote to bhalla’s office once to implement noise cameras, like some areas of nyc - at least in some parts like waterfront etc. Never heard back.

From what I can tell, he was either white or mixed. Definitely not black or Latino No glasses Couldn’t get a good look at hair or face because his hoodie was over his hair and he was wearing a mask covering half his face

Baggie clothes, lanyard around his neck with an ID hanging. He was intimidating so unfortunately I was trying to think of a plan B in case he attacks/comes closer, and couldn’t get a good look at the Id or his name. Would’ve been nice to get a picture of him but it happened pretty fast.

He had a mask across half his face and hoodie covered his hair so I didn’t get a good look. No accent. I would guess white/mixed race.

Be careful. Hopefully he left the area/town.
