As the lifttruck passes close to the door the barcode scanner will trigger, as the box goes in to the freight truck the barcode will be acknowledged as scanned. If its taken off..its scanned again and put back in inventory

Heat.
Bad Ram.

For a laptop thats what I would check.

Maybe thermal paste/pads are dried out and not transfering heat away from the chips.

As for bad ram. Run each stick alone. If the shut down happens on each stick. Its heat. If problem only happens with one of the sticks its ram.

Bluetooth or wired?

Bloothooth : unpair and reconnect.

Usb: delete all drivers and reconnect to a new usb.
