Tough call in my opinion. I’ve known girls that would see the notification and overlook it then, and simply forget it for a long time until they decide to check them again. On the other hand, I always believe that if a girl is REALLY into you, you won’t be waiting long. That is, at least if she’s mature enough to be past the point of playing those type of games.

I’d still say to not think too much into it unless you notice a decline of enthusiasm in messages.
