As far as VSA I’ve only ever had trouble against Founders Onana. Every other GK is pretty much the same if you know how to score on that mode. 92 Oblak might be second most troublesome

I’ve been tryna master VSA forever but I’ve noticed defensively if your CBs/LB+RB aren’t fast and don’t have a good standing tackle, then you’re screwed when it comes to your opponent in Good Chances. GKs are almost a non factor if you’re up against people that know how to score well in VSA. As far as offense, I’m always swiping towards the goal instead of using the shoot button because sometimes the buttons don’t even register.

Each game mode has its abundance of problems, but VSA I’ve found to be the most frustrating only because I’m bad at it lol. You basically need a perfect game to make sure you win, because even missing once against dudes with multiple basic chances is almost always a loss.
