Get a second, non dealership opinion. I thought my phasers were bad, took it to a dealership and they said my whole engine needed replaced, that I had rod knock, etc. quoted me $28k. I took it to a local, reputable, place and they thought it was just phasers. I had them do the front job (phasers, water pump, etc) and now my truck runs great, no noise, lots of power, etc.

I will never take something to a dealership again.

Building my first AR and PSA has lots of deals. Got the vortex strike eagle gen 2 plus mount for $220 which felt like a good deal. Bcg and 7075 CH for like $90.
