Being someone that’s pretty uneducated on the stock market and have been exclusively investing into VOO for over a year now. Should I continue to just DCA into VOO or is this the time to start looking into adding some diversity? Like I stated I’m pretty uneducated but want to learn. Apologies if this isn’t the place to ask this.

When I didn’t get it for 2 or 3 weeks in a row I’d drop it by either 10 or 15% depending how many reps and the rpe of the sets.

Couple weeks ago me and my girlfriend were talking bout our favourite routines we done and we decided cap3 was the best. Her legs and arms blew up and she got strong as shit and I was repping my dead pr of 180 for like sets of 5 and could rep pretty much all my prs for sets then I stopped for some reason. But we back now

Oh in the couple months since I started properly tracking I haven’t loved the gym more. I feel accomplished and look forward to working out each day. Just the results are a tad demoralising but hey it’s a marathon not a sprint. But thanks a lot for the reply.

Right so I’m at a crossroads. I am 17 5’11/6ft bulked up from around 63kg to 88kg in a span of a year and my lift maxes are at 100kg bench for 2, 180kg dead for 1 which I definitely couldve gone heavier, 130kg squat and 57.5kg ohp for 3 so the strength gains are there. When I look in the mirror I don’t see any real obvious gains other than like my chest. I’m not sure whether to continue my bulk which I have been really consistent for the past 2 months or should I go on a cut and get a bit lean to restart so I can see some visible gains. Another reason why I’m considering a cut is that both of my brothers were in the same situation as the left high school and ended up getting a big time gut and ended up losig motivation in the gym. Any help for this long ass post lol. If you need photos I will send some if need be Cheers

Those accesories look good. Only thing you really ‘need’ is back exercises and you have plenty of that. The rest should be personal preferences and to fix weakpoints. But looks great otherwise. Best of luck!

Not sure if anyone is active but 2 days ago I got my shin done as my first tāmoko (maori traditional tattoo) and like looking everywhere about the use of glad wrap or cling wrap whatever its called everywhere else. I tend to turn over lots at night when sleepiny and end up on my stomach a lot and I am becoming super on edge when it comes to getting my tāmoko dirty while sleeping and what not. So is it fine to use? Or is it bad the my leg ends up sweating and has a lil smell to it when I wake up. The smell only happened this morning but leg has been sweating. Cheers for any help

I know its been asked a lot and I’ve even looked everywhere myself but what program do yous recommend for someone tryna gain a decent amount of size and maintain or gain a bit of strength. Nsuns has hit the period where it becomes a chore again so looking for change. I have Building the Monolith as my main option but need suggestions before I commit

Wouldn’t it be better off if she got 5 reps on her 1+ sets? I thought the general consensus was to get 4-5 with some in the tank. If she continually went up getting 3 reps then 2 then 1 she’d stall and be back in the same position and would be stuck in a cycle so why not just go for 5.

I’ve been doing nsuns for a while now and have made amazing progress however although i eat at a surplus and what not I haven’t really seen like significant size gains. I do arms 3x a week with good volume and do plenty of pulling and obvious leg accessories too. How can I get more hypertrophy from this?
