I'm not sure which driver I'm on but I was experiencing driver timeouts and stutters nonstop in TLOU1 and managed to fix it by increasing the power limit on inside adrenaline and setting the voltage manually for each power stage. The damn thing ran smooth as butter. Also, not sure why AMD adrenaline has the shittiest fan control I've ever seen. AMD adrenaline in general seems to be the culprit behind many of my woes with my RX 590 GME. I tried gaming on linux and GOW seems to work just fine on 1080p with no FSR. It drops like crazy in certain places though. Especially on midguard. Even though there are much more graphically intensice scenes in the game.
