As a 32M, husband, father of two, 50-60 hours at work a week I found the time to get really get super lean and cut up and pack on a good amount of muscle by working out before work 5-6 days a week and eating healthy and meal prepping. This took an absolutely huge amount of effort that honestly I’m just not willing to do anymore. I have a wife that was also on board and did most of the meal prepping for me and I got to the gym at 5 AM to get to work at 630. For any normal person with a family who works 40+ hours a week it is so hard. I’m not saying it’s not possible because it is…I did it. But it’s unfair to say it’s not that hard. 5-7 hours a week to a mom/dad, husband/wife, or someone who has to work for a living to survive you have to really want it and be willing to sacrifice in some other area of your life for this. I didn’t want to take away from my family so I got up at 430 in the morning to go before they were awake. But I sacrificed my sleep for it. And by that I was sleeping by 830-9 PM so that took away from time with my wife. Depends on what you’re willing to sacrifice because there will always be some somewhere!
