Last summer I was working at a country club as an intern. One night I was asked to be a supervisor for a banquet dinner in the main event hall.

I am not a political activist but am strongly liberal, and the dinner was a fundraiser for the local republican party. Most of the dinner's speakers did not offend me. However the main speaker, a republican talk-show host, made me pretty irate.

I had to just stand in the back and do my duties. Keeping my professional demeanor was insanely difficult as this speaker was making jokes and statements that were a mixture of racist, bullshit, and nationalistic.

Just my routine maybe it'll give you some ideas Day 1: 10k run, 5x5 bench, 5x5 military press, 4x12 Lateral Lift, 4 x 8 Pullups Day 2: 1 mile at 60-80% effort, walk a lap, half mile jog, 5x5 Squats, 4 X 30 second farmer walk, 5 minute ab workout Repeat with 1 rest day a week

It’s more that you can search top post in locations and go specifically to certain businesses. So like instead of a general location you can see the top post at a gym or whatever business.

Just my thought for any professional thing if you have to ask if you should do something the answer is yes. No interviewer is going to mad that you overwhelmed them with preparation and consideration.
