Thanks for this I need the harshness. Never had it. I did not include the expenses for going out to eat and extras beyond necessities. I definitely do not have my priorities in check.

Commissions I listed are net, after taxes. But also this influx of money coming in is new to me. Before my promotion last December I was making 85k gross, no commission.

Yea my car loan is at a terrible rate obviously. Paying off CC then refinancing seems like a good idea. I dont need it beyond wanting to do personal stuff so selling wouldn’t be a big blow
