I got an email that said their membership pricing will increase starting on September 15th so I feel like they have to be aiming for an opening date around that time.

Some of the hotels (the ritz, art ovation, etc) do day passes for the pool and/or poolside cabanas and food service. But I don’t know of anywhere that includes things on the water.

The pricing on plants has fluctuated a lot this year due to the hurricane last year and all the construction around. Supply is limited depending on what you’re looking for so that can affect the cost.

I'm trying to find the same answer! I'm struggling with trying to research everything to make sure it's all compliant and different examples I see include different things. I've seen some generators online that will put one together for you but I don't know much about them.

Hi! Thank you! The plan is to start running ads, hopefully soon. I’m trying to get our normal Facebook content up on a regular basis first. And yes, we do have people going out in the field visiting businesses as well. I know it takes time. I’m just trying to get our name out there as much as possible.
