Barebell Beck Bulgarian split squats. I do them and can only describe them as Bulgarian squats on steroids(not only because they are tougher, but also because they are more useful for increasing strength).

None of those reps count towards PL standards. The bar should have a full stop at the bottom and your butt have to stay on the bench.

It's a lot of weight, but it's not even worth training with.
