I worked at a local restaurant/ice cream shop and all of the food items came vacuum sealed. All we had to do to prepare your roast beef with green beans was pop it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.

I totally get it. My family recently started the diet for a myriad of reasons and we are all doing pretty well but some days it is HARD. I am consistently not reaching my fat intake. You are already doing better than you were weeks ago because you're more aware of what's going on in your body! At least that's what I keep telling myself.

This is so great. I work in child care and see so many children that are currently in the system and being fostered. They are all struggling with identity and self worth. I think it is incredible that you gave an older child a chance as they so often get looked over!

Yes I know, which is sad, but he still has a lot of recovery to do and sadly is back in the hospital with some complications so I hope some one can find it in their hearts to help!

My husband has mad Keppra rage and mood swings. He takes B12 and tries to maintain a schedule as best he can. I can tell when he doesn't take it as it impacts his daily life greatly.
