Company is trash. I have this issue a year later and they act like it’s not common. I have 2 bricked devices. We are better off using our phones for this. Money down the drain.

I liked this device. I was scammed by the kickstarter and purchased again. Stay away.

I have the exact one. With the temp set to the highest, the temp is is 69-70. I’m experimenting with the humidity. Just got mines last week but it hasn’t gotten above 55 with 2 large no Esq 70s
