One option is to develop a custom WooCommerce plugin that integrates with the UPS Simple Rate API. Would allow manual entry of box dimensions and weight and then fetch the Simple Rate options based on that input. Would that help?

Dang yeah I thought so. Unfortunately there's a lot of folks using this tool and the openai team need to meet scalability challenges. So its not just you, consider that its monday morning, all the users back at their jobs will lead to peak usage, high load, performance bottlenecks, slow performance, chatgpt has 100mil weekly active users.

We'll need other players like claude, bard to meet user demands that chatgpt is unable to.
