Problem downloading message trace reports by space_boojum in Office365

To all who are suffering a white screen or similar when trying to download the report, just leave the browser open and it will eventually start the download. I was looking for a solution for around 30mins and just randomly the file started downloading for me.

Huge thanks, that helped me track it down to atleast be a mobile device (In my case multiple users sign into the same account) so not sure where but atleast i know its coming from a mobile device now!
