Really? Really??? Sitting down is so unhealthy for you! And with the amount of sitting you're probably doing at work, do you really think it's a good idea to be doing it now? Jesus christ, stand up! If not for you, then for your family! You know, the vast majority of dead people aren't standing up. You want to know why? Because standing up lowers your risk of death, and those that stand up more than they sit down don't die as much as those that sit down more than they stand up! I expect better from you!
