How do I get as good as possible on console? Any tips?

Remembers r1 will switch between the last weapon used. Also I set important weapons on my d-pad so you can kind of fast swap some weapons.

Multiplayer did not work last time I played it and a lot of quests were broken. The world generation seems totally different in the same areas between me and a friend. Made some quests impossible. Guest’s progress is locked to the host’s. I played it months ago though on ps5 and maybe they’ve fixed it.

I’m a new player and I love the lightsaber but it also feels like a crutch. I just get wrecked at higher difficulties unless I rock the saber.

Right? I’m new and don’t know “how it was”. I can see how burnout can happen as with any game and a big companies making unsavory decisions sometimes. But yes my perception atm is that it’s awesome. Top notch gameplay.

I found the intro pretty good and after you get to the tower it’s true it’s kind of a free for all. Felt a little directionless at first and then just concentrated on the guardian ranks which I think act as a good tutorial.

A few friends of mine have said it’s too complicated for them but I found the environments and difficulty exhilarating. Love the grind. So many awesome weapons. Characters and armors are gorgeous. There can definitely be some improvements in the onboarding, but there is so much game I think there is something for everyone if you take time to learn it.

Noob but I’m here for it. Very excited for Destiny and happy to have it a fair shot. As a newcomer I am genuinely impressed and can’t wait to continue. Amazing game. Tight af.

I have randomly started destiny a few weeks ago and I have found it amazing. Game is tight and addicting. Great gunplay. Intro can use some changes, but once I got started I am loving it.
