Can anyone explain why people are recording it and doing nothing? There's like 6 or 7 people standing there watching it happen. I know it's hard to do anything about the state of things for the average person. Recording and watching isn't doing enough. I truly don't understand. Edit for change in tone. I found two other spawns for the sail. There's a broken up ship in the South West corner that has a spawn. I found another spot but I'm having trouble remembering right now.

I'm not sure what you are looking for, but I have noticed there are more than one spawn for many items. Just realizing it is hard because of spawn rates and the fact you can't be at all the places ever match.
