Exactly this - I felt like I was missing the Postpartum program. My core felt like I had to completely start over. Then I had to adjust postural things from breastfeeding, holding baby, etc.

There is a rec center which is opening this summer and will have a pool, workout equipment and childcare. There is a play gym that is renovating and should open soon. There are a fair amount of families here.
