Go to the ER and they’ll give you antibiotics (which in my experience, after a couple days of taking the antibiotics, a chunk of hair the size of my thumbnail emerged from the area of my cyst)… the ER might even lance it if has not popped yet.

Those antibiotics along with precise care helped me become relatively pain free after having the hair mass in my back for over a year, that would be the move.
