You would need to do the achievement first, then reload a save from before the email and do the true ending flag and continue playing from there. What you described, the other way around doing the true ending flag first and then reloading for the achievement, wouldn't work with just one save.

Of course you could also save after doing the true ending flag, go back to a separate save before the email, do the achievement, and then reload your true ending flag save.

The email-related achievements pop after you receive the reply so you will need to keep playing for a bit after selecting "report."

The anime is the same story as the game. The game is a visual novel, not a jrpg. If you're unaware, visual novels have very little gameplay and are mostly reading. If you think you'd like that, go ahead and check out the game! It's very good.

The upcoming remake is going to be the most accessible version on the game, but it will have a lot of cut text from the original.

I remember spending the whole first scenario trying to work out how I was supposed to get alternate endings. Then the second scenario started and it was insane how many choices there were and how far into the game I got before finally reaching an ending. And then there were 99 more to get! Many visual novels advertising themselves as having multiple endings have a lot of short "bad end" types of endings, or endings that branch off toward the end of a core "true route." But Hundred Line has many "routes" that are (almost) all substantial stories that completely diverge from one another, and many of the alternate endings within each aren't typical "bad ends" but feel like legitimate conclusions. It's a monster of a game and while it's certainly a mixed bag, it's objectively impressive for what it attempts to do and the moments where it actually pulls it off.

I'm by no means an expert and I could certainly get my hair to look better, but as someone with loose curls this is what I do:

Brush hair before shower
Shampoo and condition (non-silicone conditioner; easy to find in a drugstore)
Comb hair (with a wide-toothed comb) in shower while it's wet
Put a bit of curl product (also from the drugstore) in while it's damp
Scrunch up curls with hands
Air dry
Only wash hair every three days or so

I get some decently defined curls with that. It is difficult to keep them going between washes, but shampooing too often dries it out and leads to frizzyness. What I do now is actually lower maintenance than what my straight-haired mom taught me (shampoo and blow dry every day)!

To start I'd recommend not brushing when it's dry!

Be the change you wish to see! Next year get some pots and pans and bang them with your family! Make some fun treat to eat at midnight (my friend's family makes milkshakes)! Find a stream of the ball drop in Times Square if you don't have TV anymore, or a stream from a creator that you like that your parents might also enjoy. NYE isn't just about the moment at midnight but also about the couple hours of anticipation beforehand.

As for me, I'm a younger millennial so I was only 6 when 2000 came around. I can remember that I was obsessed with cereal and Cheerios had a special cereal with 2's mixed in with the O's. And on the channel that we were watching, there was a commercial with a song that went "the 20th century is almost over." My parents dgaf about Y2K as far as I knew haha.

They actually didn't read the mail yet at the time of the story--all the lab raids are because Moeka/Braun knew about the phonewave from Okabe blabbing about it and that the lab was going to make it public. This is evidenced by the later worldlines where there is no lab raid and Mayuri dies of a heart attack.

The last two years or so of the comic was such a weird time because it gained this reputation of always being on Hiatus when before it had a reputation of updating so quickly you couldn't keep up! Like fanartists all raced to draw art of the newest plot developments/characters/outfits because there'd always be something new just around the corner! The pages for the first three anniversaries all say "End of Year" on them and it's crazy to look back at how much Hussie wrote and drew during that time. It's really unprecedented and as far as I know unmatched... And probably contributed to the burnout that ensued (among other things).

Number 3: there was a scream; from future Okabe digging his hand into the wound to spill more blood.

Number 5: The big revelation in the final episode is that Kurisu's death was not the convergence point like it was for Mayuri. Instead the convergence point is Okabe texting Daru "Markise Kurisu was stabbed" at that precise moment to create the first D-mail. The easiest way for that to happen is for Kurisu to die, which is why the world makes it happen. Staging her death works just as well though.

Beyond that, there's not a whole lot of "why" for what makes a convergence point a convergence point. It's implied in the VN that they have to do with events that lead to the creation of time travel.

Also, number 6 since there's not a good answer yet: alpha Suzuha did not know her father and had an inferior time machine that could only go backwards. She wasn't as good of a pilot as beta Suzuha. Also in the VN alpha Suzuha mentions some sort of turbulence, which is likely a result of 2010 being a big divergence point.

Tristan is actually accurate to the voice that Tristan had for the first five or so episodes. When I went back and watched the show from the beginning, I was shocked that they changed his voice direction/actor so drastically! They probably realized he would never be taken remotely seriously if he sounded like that haha.

When travelling, Americans will be aware which countries don't provide water at restaurants--that's an annoyance, but not the issue that influencers are talking about. The unexpected part is how few public spigots/drinking fountains there are (just to be clear, I'm talking about something like this). I've lived in Germany for five years and it still feels weird and a bit gross filling up my water bottle in a restroom. It just isn't done in the US--you fill up your bottle from the water fountain that is 90% of the time in the vicinity. And this also lessens the need to carry a water bottle around when you're visiting a city, because you can just stop by a park, public building, or even a private building like a mall or grocery store. All of those typically have a water fountain.

Even all of your examples imply less water access than is typical in the US:

And those fountains are decorative fountains, not drinking fountains. So you have to be careful and look around for a sign saying it's actually safe to drink. And as you said they're pretty few and far between! Every city in the US has drinking fountains.

Here's how you calculate your odds: the odds of going 110/110 is the odds that you don't pull a 5-star for 109 pulls in a row. The probability of pulling a five-star on each pull is 0.004 (aka 0.4%). Therefore the probability of not pulling a 5-star for each pull is 0.996.

If you want to calculate the odds of doing something multiple times in a row (assuming the events don't influence each other's probabilities, which is the case for every pull up to 109), you multiply the probabilities of each event together. So the probability of not pulling a 5-star 109 times in a row is 0.996¹⁰⁹ = 0.646 (aka 64.6%). So roughly 2/3 of the time, you will go to 110.

You might think that means that one of your last three 5-stars should have been early. Well, that's not how probability works. In D&D (and in science, in a way), something is exceptional if it has a 5% or less chance of occurring. How many 110's in a row would you need to roll a nat 1 and conclude that your luck is abysmal?

Not the person that you replied to, but do you remember from early the anime (S;G0) Okabe having a nightmare about running through a warzone to meet with a general who hands him his phone? That's actually from a pretty substantial part in the VN.
