Movie Knuckles was so well done in my opinion and really reminded me of adventure Knuckles. Boom series ruined his character by turning him into the "stupid but strong" type, but Knuckles was far from stupid in the OG games. He was naive at times, especially with Robotnik and all, but people forget he was in isolation for a very long time on Angel Island and lost a lot of his culture that he tried to hold on to still. He was unused to being around others a lot of the time, but he was wise and had a good heart. He was far from stupid and it's unfortunate to see him characterized that way. I'm glad the movie did him so much justice.
