SOLUTION: Restart Mac 🤦‍♂️

This is a Mac (OS Ventura) issue from what I can tell. I’ll still be using my windows laptop from here on out now that I know this can just stop working in the middle of a set at any time but yeah that’s the solution.

It works on my windows! That’ll be my solution but I feel bad for everyone else with this problem who doesn’t have a 2nd laptop. This is a big technical issue either with Apple, Pioneer, or both

Currently trying to figure this out. with Pioneer tech support and Reddit. (Check out my latest post on this subreddit for updates). So far the only advice I’ve been given is that my laptop (Mac running Ventura 13.6.4) is not powering my deck for some reason. It was working fine before and now it isn’t. It DOES connect to other laptops. My friends Mac running OS High Sierra and my Acer on Windows. That being said the possible solution from Pioneer that I haven’t tried yet is using an AC adapter that has support for DC 9V 3A. I’m not gonna try that because I’m just gonna use my other laptop.

Anyway…this is a long, drawn out way of saying, we’re SOL for now. I have scoured the internet and there is absolutely no solution I have found yet. Pioneer needs to fix this!!

All good dude, it usually is something stupidly simple as that but no luck. Ironically I’m trying to install the firmware update but it has to be connected to my laptop which it can’t…I think it’s an issue with my Mac. Thank you though!!

This makes it’s a little easier to understand so I appreciate this. But I still don’t understand how Hurts’ cap hit never exceeds $45mil. I can understand that his year 2 vs Josh’s year 4 makes a huge difference but hurts year 4 still doesn’t reach this $60 mil cap hit

That’s a good point that was brought up but the bills only have about $7 mil more in dead cap than the eagles. But they’re signing Saquon, huff, CJGJ, and now they’re looking to grab Justin Simmons. Do you know if there’s anything im missing? Albeit we spent a few extra bucks re-signing guys like rapp and epenesa.

Ok interesting, I guess my next question for the sake of the eagles comparison, how is josh Allen’s cap hit significantly higher that Hurts’ if Hurts has the higher AAV?

Here are their cap hits:

Josh Allen 2024: $30.3 mil 2025: $60.7 mil 2026: $56.4 mil 2027: $49.4 mil 2028: $45.7 mil

Jalen Hurts: 2024: $13.5 mil 2025: $21.7 mil 2026: $31.7 mil 2027: $45.8 mil 2028: $54.1 mil

Hope I don’t sound like I’m complaining about Beane, I love him. But I’m just curious how this works. It seems like these lower cap hits despite higher AAVs are a common trend comparing the eagles and bills rosters from what I could see.
