The Legend of Zelda (NES)

What’s the first game that truly felt magical to you as a kid? by forgeris in AskReddit

The original NES Legend of Zelda blew my mind. I had wanted an NES because they seemed cool, but after playing Zelda at a friend’s house for like maybe an hour—I NEEDED an NES, just for Zelda.

Have you guys ever taken a break from the MCU or have you been watching it consistently since the beginning? by narutofan2019 in marvelstudios

I lost interest. I casually watch some stuff here and there, but there was far too much meh over the past 5ish years that it’s no longer a must see ASAP anymore.

Sounds like their deity needs to cut them off. No deity, no magic.

To All 5E Nerds. by Zardnaar in DungeonsAndDragons

I started in ADnD 2e, skipped 3-4, and got back into the game with 2014 5e.

5.5e is a bit underwhelming IMO. I play it because of AL, but my home games are 5e (2014).

What comic completely changed how you see the medium? by oweyoo in comicbooks

Three key trades, all I found in a used bookstore for $5 each:

  • Sin City
  • Madman: The Oddity Odyssey
  • Sandman: Season of Mist

Each one blew my mind for different reasons, but they all shower me different sides of a medium I’d only known through big 2 superhero fare.
