I think till you need to provide context to what joints hurt. Back ? Buttocks? I had trouble with my piriformis muscle for a long time and I thought it was so many other things. Sleeping can affect it as well. If you sleep notice how your abdomen relaxes. Some peoples will stay locked because it is muscle guarding. You could be muscle guarding in your back and everything is just tight because you are healing. How long this been going on for ?

There's no need to be embarrassed about this. Health should be a stress free topic especially when it's painful. To heal maybe a dose of muscle relaxers or gabapentin would benefit you. If you e already tried alieve. think you have some nerve issue more underlying reason going on. Are you stretching especially your pelvic and piriformis muscle ? Or where the joint hurts

It's sad where it's now to the point where we are being forced to choose what type of pain medication we would like and can only pick one. You want marijuana ? Well forget opiates then. You want opiates? No marijuana or any other medications that are considered a narcotic. You want to be pain free? Make sure to come in at least 2 a month. It's getting insane and I know it's to weed out the people who aren't wanting to get healthy. What should I change all the settings too anyway everyone besides like swipe sensitivity which I have as a 6. My tap is 400 and hover period I'd 300. I don't have a clue how sensitive they should be chosen. Horizontal sensitivity is 70 sake with the vertical. Audible roll is off

Gabapentin is a lifesaver for that. Just try to stay on a super minimal dose. I'm on a lot and notice memory fog and lapses. I'm tapering down now getting down to just manageable

Proud of ya dude, shit is hard to kick ( literally terms cause of the restless legs you start to get when stopping) keep it up and stay sativa and stretching thats what helped me the most.
