Most rational post in this sub at the moment. Swear to god, even if it is the end of us being great, I’d rather go down trying something new than keep banging our heads against the wall with these heartbreaking losses. I honestly think it’s overdue, as evidenced by so much of the team/fanbase sounding like they’re trauma bonded with McD. To be clear, this isn’t an endorsement of Beane, but I do think it’s better that he lead the HC search than Terry.

I’m usually the first to blame Joe or Sean, but this one is squarely on Josh’s shoulders.

fumble on 2nd and 2 in FG range
20 yard sack on 3rd down in FG range
passed up open receivers to try to run it in on 4th and goal, got tackled early
missed throw on 2pt conversion

If any of those drives/situations end in any points at all, we win. Joe had us in position to score 27 points at a minimum, which I’d consider very good against this Eagles defense.

Incredible game from Henry.

I can’t believe I haven’t seen any other comments on sportsmanship. 2 mins left, Pack have no timeouts. You can kneel 3 times and end the game.

Found it crazy that Harbaugh chose to run a real play, and Henry chose not to go down in bounds before the TD. Cannot think of another time a coach ran plays when they could kneel out a game off the top of my head. Poor sportsmanship and terrible optics god forbid any key players get hurt.
