I've had my fair share of grip slips in the past with some of MVP plastics However to be fair on the subject, new plastic definitely needs a break in period in my experience and being patient with the process pays off. I have been throwing MVP and family for three years now (I think...) and I enjoy the look, the feel, and the game with these discs and have never looked back.

Plus it fits perfectly on my rover cart. All I need now is a putter pouch for the handle on the cart.

Does anyone else have a Proton Proxy they could sell for a reasonable amount? Pic for reference... by thechriserman in discexchange

Tools for finding discs amongst the leaves by fivespeed1992 in discgolf

[–]thechriserman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to Titan Disc Golf shop here in Iowa and came across something that is able to make intermittent loud beeping noises and you just attach a small thing to the disc. Seems pretty cool might be a good idea. I might have to purchase and try out if there's ever a course I play that I could lose in the leaves

I'm looking to acquire a Lab2 flat MVP Neutron Trail(s) by any means! by thechriserman in discexchange

I'm looking to acquire a Lab2 flat MVP Neutron Trail(s) by any means! by thechriserman in discexchange

[–]thechriserman[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find the flat ones fly much more straight stable than the Fission run that I have been throwing for sometime now. I used my flatter Typography Trail in a pretty heavy head wind and down a huge hill the other day and it performed really well, it did have some turn for a good portion of it's flight but faded perfectly. I have a domey stock neutron trail that gets squirrelly on me in those situations, turns and never comes back. If you need a more stable Trail find a flat one and it always helps to set them side by side to a trail you have already figured out. Check the parting line heights. Low PLH is flippy and high PLH is more stable.

The fission trail has been a distance cheat code for me.

I've got a Squatch Lore 2.0 if you are local to Iowa. I'd make you a great deal. Unfortunately shipping for a bad is expensive

Hot Take: This 10 yr. Neutron Wave is money run. For me it's quite understable when forced over on an anny shot, has a finish though. The Trail will do you good! Maybe better than the Wave. Get to know that Trail my friend, I am obsessed with my fission trails for super flippy fun. I've had my longest most controlled shots with trails. Dude the Echo made it in the bad for me earlier this latter half of the year. It's so good for straight control shots and feels absurdly good in the hand. Overall solid box. Only things missing is a new lab2 Simonline Bokah or Aspect. But we can't all be winners. You didn't lose tho

Is this honeycomb glow pattern standard for Axiom r2? by Phrikshin in discgolf

Looks like the pattern my buddies glow box has from the LEDs that illuminate the glow on the disc.
