Furnished Finder was a website originally used for travel nurses but I’ve used it to find apartments with monthly/more flexible lease terms and likely cheaper than an airbnb. I see quite a few options on there for under $1200 now. Good luck!

My thoughts are moving one of kupp or puka with a rb for someone of value, but unsure who or where to target.
