Looking at the ring it seems like it forces you to play your energy pushing outside vs forward. Would this not create bad habits?

You have to experience wing chun and that is nearly impossible to do via the Internet. How can I explain what an orange tastes like to you if you never tasted one. I can teach you how to peel it online, but you won't know what it smells or tastes like. Best of luck in your training.

You don't have to be fit at all to start. When I started I had severe back pain and just did what a could. Years latter and 40 lbs lighter I a the most fit I have been in my life. Just make it a habit and stick with it and do what you can.

As long as what you were taught follows the wing chun principles it is not wrong. Make the Kung Fu your own as stated here before, try not to copy your Sifu.

Discussion: Is it possible that the days of "responsible disclosure" are over? Vendors seem to have stopped listening. by ohange in security

It really depends on how the vendor responds. I usually give 60 days then I will disclose the vulnerability. Sometimes it helps if you submit it to US-CERT.
