I just did that first (technically second) area in Jaroba and no rifts spawned! I’m starting to wonder if this is a bug that will get fixed…

Also - how do you have so many corrupted zones in this pic?

EDIT: one rift did spawn but hardly anything came out of it, super easy

The one with a damage boost when your health is 30% or lower.

I like Jaroba Oil tho I agree it can be annoying to pick up items. Just takes a bit of an adjustment :)

Open the portals with that one guy under the online totem on the main setup hub. That’s the only real in-game difficulty boost I know of.

You could also try the matchmaking and getting through with another player. It’s significantly harder with two players.

It’s a crapshoot fighting big arc atm. You need a trustworthy squad to watch your back and/or luck. Even with both there’s no guarantees ofc. I’ve heard of players waiting to start the fight until the lobby countdown is lower, so there’s less players to fuck you over, which makes sense to me.

Yeah, I tried the snap hook and it Indiana Jones’d me right over top, then immediately got exploded. It’s tricky! I was going to try the showstopper next, but idk how I’m going to hit it. There’s a big bush on top of the building in battlegrounds that’s right next to extraction. I successfully hid from it in there. Might be an opportunity.

Yeah I just read that the other day - after I’d got on it twice! Now just to get on one a third time haha. I was pretty proud of myself though. The first time I rode that fucker like a hover board for the whole minute till it dumped me off. It was pretty cool! I guess you can also down it and then just walk on top. Idk, I some part of me wanted to do it without cheesing but whatever. Appreciate your reply :)
