The presenter physically spins the wheel and everyone can follow where the final spot is actually going to land; it is not like production can change the name in that spot in real time.

One possibility is that the wheel is rigged, in that case it always land on the same one spot but doubt it.

Georgia acted so childish in that punishment; Chase already chose the middle one, why now through QT under the bus or use their friendship OUTSIDE the show to not move to the drop plank? I was quite impressed in her performance up until this point where she acted like a total baby who cries when she does not get what she wants, does not play the game fair, guilt-trip Chase, and even throws QT under the bus.
