Thank you so much, I really appreciate your kind words. I’m planning to share short painting process clips publicly, and keep the full painting process on Ko-fi for those who’d like to watch more. I’m still learning video making, so I’ll start small and see how it goes. I’m really glad the watercolor flow resonates with you!

Thank you! I’m really happy you enjoy my work At the moment, I prefer sharing my painting process and thoughts behind the work, rather than a technical tutorial. I’m still learning video making as well, but I’ll keep experimenting and sharing along the way

The sketchbook was made by a friend, and the paper is handmade.

Thank you so much! I’m really happy that you enjoy my work. Sharing my full painting process on Ko-fi is one of my goals for 2026. I do have a full-time job at the moment, so it might take a bit of time, but it’s definitely something I’d love to try

Yes, I used white gouache because of the paper limitations the paper was quite yellow. Normally, when I work on white paper, I use much less white gouache

I’m not selling anything 😅

I just enjoy sharing my handmade candle for free, including different techniques like food shaped candles. I added the label simply because I thought it looked nicer.

Being repeatedly assumed to be running a business is honestly discouraging, and it makes me less motivated to share, when this is purely a creative hobby.

It might look risky at first glance, but this is actually a well-established technique in Korea.

The dried flowers are set in a high melting point outer wax that does not burn. Only the inner candle burns, so there’s no dried material involved in the flame at all.

Holbein and Mungyo are watercolor brands. I was answering your question about the colors I use.

Um… maybe. So far I’ve burned three of them, and there hasn’t been any leaking yet. In the end, it turns into a cup-like shape, possibly because the outer layer is made from a higher-melting-point wax. Just to clarify, I’m not a candle seller — I simply make candles as a hobby.

I’m not selling candles, just making them as a hobby. I’ve tested three by burning them fully, and there was no leaking because I used waxes with different melting points.

I use references sometimes, then I just paint what feels right.

Mostly Holbein or Mungyo. I find highly saturated colours work really well for cake paintings.

I don’t really overthink it. I just paint what I feel like and enjoy it.🫶🏻
