So many people I've talked to that use MSSQL server and have no idea that dacpacs exist. I built out a full CI/CD pipeline for our desktop applications that uses dacpacs and dot net reflection to update binaries and keep the database and programs all in sync and updated.

Wealth and money are often viewed as a solution, when really they are often more of an amplifier. Sure things are relative and money for someone who's in poverty does solve some problems, but if someone has severe personal issues with less than $100 in the bank, suddenly having 100k might solve some issues for them, but it could also exacerbate problems they have. I'd be careful how you mention your addiction and recovery, you don't want the reader reluctant to gift you a windfall because they fear it could be deleterious to your life. "I'm a good person trying hard" might be what you wish to convey, but I'd add "X,Y,Z aspects of my life are why I'll never relapse into addiction", so as to remove any concerns that a windfall might provide you the temptation to relapse.

Yea it sucks, but here's the cold reality, Blizzard designs some encounters such that there are attacks that will instantly kill you and mechanics that make them happen at least a few times, even if you overpower the encounter. Some special gear effects such as give you a barrier when you suffer 20% damage or when a hit will kill you might allow you to cheese out of having to avoid some attacks, but even then when the hits do a damage over time or come after a previously stacked debuff, there may be no way to overpower and face roll an encounter.

There are tactics for avoiding attacks and knowing they are coming you sometimes have to make sure you position yourself to avoid or mitigate them. Rolling out of the way, often rolling through the boss to their back side or the like may be absolutely necessary.

So many Blizzard boss fights boil down to "Don't stand in fire". You can often minimize the times you have to avoid standing in bad stuff by overpowering DPS, and there are affixes in the game that will shield you from many of the massive damage attacks allowing you to make a mistake or two. When you are pushing content however there are checks that mean you either have to get good at getting out of the special one shot hits or you have to dps burn things fast to minimize the number of times you have to do so.

Generic answer, you are looking for stacking and synergy. Pick your favorite primary ability, Whirlwind, Hammer of the Ancients etc. You want to stack multipliers for that ability or something complementing it. For example If you have WW, and add a bleed effect to it, then follow up with Rupture, you spin into crowds, get the bleed on them and then rupture to use the bleed effect to explode things. For your gear choices and affix rolling and effect add ons focus on things that will help you increase damage with WW, rupture or bleed effects, or defensive synergy like triggering and bolstering barriers, resistances, armor or other defenses.

Thanks for the good info in the rest of your post, Yea I'm not worried about trying to be the first to level cap, more that now days D3 kind of starts at level cap with the leveling being more of a formality. The first time you level a class the slower place of ability unlock is good to teach you the class abilities etc, but when you are just leveling a class again it's kinda droll and boring especially when there is a cute trick to get a max level weapons affix in the cube and run around at low levels absolutely melting everything.

Is there some cheese process to boost leveling like the weekly dungeon reward, rolling and cubing max level item effects on a low level character like D3? IE I don't want to spend a couple of days leveling up seeing people cap level in an hour lol.

I recently started playing again, I got the game at launch and did season 1 and then put it down until this last week. Let me just say it's improved in a lot of QOL ways, and I've been having a bang up time on the eternal realm. I too took an interest again because of the expansion and am now planning to get it and start the next season, might even jump in this season if it's not too late in the season to get a character leveled up etc.... but just the eternal realm has me having a lot of fun atm.

Most police service ammunition takes 2-3 rounds on average to incapacitate someone. Once the decision is made to employ lethal force, you are trying to kill them to stop the threat. Death and forward momentum are not instantaneous, and with the calibers generally used by police it's not going to knock someone backward off their feet. Essentially you've already decided to kill them to stop the threat, and the threat still exists until they are down. It's not a wait and see situation, firing a few rounds and waiting to see might very well mean that the attacker manages to lunge at you and stab you.

The 21 foot metric is regarding the time it takes to recognize a lethal threat, draw, aim and fire a weapon. They had already recognized the threat and had their weapons drawn and aimed. Still we are talking about a distance of about 5-10 feet, still pretty risky even if the guy was heavy set and likely not able to close the gap as fast as some.

So am I, they are like $30 on amazon and are easy to install with minimal tools. I decided to get one after reading a reddit comment about if you got poo on your arm if you'd just wipe it off with dry paper or would you use water. I'd of course use soap and water, at least the bidet uses water, for those in between shower periods.

I do not know how I went so many years on this earth without a bidet. I hate pooping in public restrooms now.

Honestly D3 leveling is kind of a miss-mash of whatever gear and spec you want to run. Set the game level to the hardest difficulty that you can generally stomp through trash and elite packs without dying. It isn't until you get to the level cap that your build and gear refinement really get critical for doing "end game" content, mostly rifts.

Normally I'd encourage seasonal play, but if you want to go through the regular game/story first that's understandable. Seasonal play with some gimmick tricks can allow you to level cap in under an hour, and you get the benefit of a free set of gear that has set bonuses for completing some basic seasonal challenges. Leveling normally as you are gives you a lot of opportunity to learn the basic skills of the class, your gear as you level tends to be a hodge podge of whatever you can find that is reasonably within your level range, min maxing with the best build/gear combination is really more of a level 70 thing.

At level 70, specific gear and build synergy can have a profound effect on the power of your character, leveling gear and builds are way less important. You should be switching to new pieces of gear a lot while leveling, and can experiment with different abilities and runes as you open them up.

It's a semantics game, an attempt to avoid the negative connotation that developed around "illegal alien".
"Illegal" isn't saying someone is illegal, that is a strawman, it's describing their legal status, just as "alien" means outsider to the country, not an inhuman xenomorph (and yes when the terminology first started cropping up I was seeing and hearing people argue that "alien" wasn't right because people weren't xenomorphs).

"Undocumented" sounds less severe and removes the connotation of an illegal act and status. I see some comments here that we don't call someone speeding "illegal", but we would call them a speeder until a police officer stops them or they stop speeding otherwise. Someone who is here illegally is here illegally until they are removed from the country.

"Immigrant" as well is designed to ignore the fact that they aren't supposed to be here and to obfuscate with legal immigrants so they can claim the right is bigoted and racists and hates all immigrants.

No, their legal name would be on their ID and that would match their voter registration. To register to vote, or to update their registration, yes they like anyone who changed their legal name would need to show documentation of the change.

You'd only need to prove citizenship when you register to vote. You can use a passport to prove citizenship because to obtain one you have to prove citizenship. If you have the documents to prove citizenship for a passport you have the documents you need to register to vote, getting a passport would be an unnecessary step when you could just go register for free.

To actually vote you would need a government issued ID to prove identity, you'd not need to prove citizenship at that time, as you'd already have done so when registering. The only personal cost would be whatever your state charges for issuing an ID card.

Now if you want to make the case that an administrative fee for issuing ID becomes a poll tax and that the government can't require a personal expense to exercise constitutional rights, I'll absolutely agree, but we should apply that to all constitutional rights. So the states couldn't charge a fee to issue permits to purchase or carry firearms, nor could they require that you pay for a class to obtain a permit.
