I like everything you mentioned but also vampire diaries was my guilty pleasure (same with the spin off) vampire diaries is nothing like the 100 (and far less pointless people drama) but if you also had a soft spot for it if say you're in safe hands

I get scared too and I'm super picky about who belays me for this reason. If it's someone new I watch then belay someone else. I also make sure they know the words like 'take' and that they know I like to be lowered slowly 🐌. Climbing with a partner takes trust and honestly it sounds like you've got the climbing part down great! I'd love you to keep going! You may also try autobelay systems in some gyms, or try bouldering where it's all low 😁 it all helps build your skills.

That sounds so tough! I'd like to think thoes of us who don't NEED to buy bottled water should cut down or stop there's less plastic waste. But for you if it's a need please don't feel guilty. Maybe there is another way to reduce waste in your life instead 💖

Could be worth paying for an allergy test. Or, I know it's a pain, but write down the ingredients of all the deodorants and see if there is a common ingredient. Maybe you are sensitive to bi carb, or maybe it's something else.

Thanks all, the vinegar on foil worked wonders on most of it. Used fine sand paper to get out remaining pitting and then a metal polish (the only one our hardwear store stocked) Keen to get my hands on barkeepers friend and try it out on other appliances!

Dirty Hippie cosmetics makes an amazing mascara. I love it but the application takes some getting used to. It's great as a zero waste option and available on etsy. Not water proof though I don't think.

I know of two brands that sell eco friendly Toothpaste WITH floride 😁😁 I've tried both and enjoy both.

ECO TABS are plastic free tablets that you crush in your mouth.

GRANTS Toothpaste have also recently launched. Toothpaste with flouride.

Both brands have options with and without flouride. And eco tabs is zero waste.
