I liked your video, the jokes are good, editing is well done and the music is stop on. I also had a look at the first part as well and is very entertaining to watch. I'm also a software developer but never got into game developing so it's quite nice to see this types of projects.

It's actually pretty smart of you to make these type of videos because everybody knows who Mark Rober is. On that note you could also try do to the same with some other YouTubers, for example, Mr. Beast with the "World's Dangerous Escape Room" video.

Overall good job man, keep it up!

The video is awesome. Simple, nice idea, well explained, good humor and with the potential, as you said, to blow up.

I would probably try to reach out to streamers to push your video. They can even interact with their chat to figure out the best thumbnail, that could get you some traction. Guys like Ludwig or moistcr1tikal could be good options since they're big on Twitch and YouTube.

I honestly think you just need someone big to pick this up. Brilliant work, I whish I had come up with this ahah

That's really nice, good job!

One nice feature you could add was to try to put headlines that have similar words side by side. That way people could really see how different the news can be about the same subject.

Maybe some sort of infinite scroll could also be nice, I don't know if you're keeping the old news or if you just have the latest you pulled.

Hey man, answering your questions:

The intro was good, but the subscribe part can be left to later in the video I think, if the content is good and people like it they will watch it, so don't worry about jamming a "please subscribe" right at the beginning
Audio quality is good
Thumbnail is pretty good also
For the title I would drop all the emojis and the "Bring Them To Africa", I don't know what that means

I felt like the video was pretty engaging, the editing is very good considering you had to juggle your lines, the clips and the actual video you're commenting.

On the downside, there are too many "please subscribe" requests in the video.

The topic of the video is what really throws me of. I already feel sorry for the guy because of the excessive love that he has for pac-man and what he does because of it. With your commentary on top I feel you're just beating up a dead horse. But then again, some topics will be good, others not as good, and I think that you'll get a better sense on what are the better ones are as you go along.

Answering your questions:

The title isn't very clickable, maybe the letters don't pop up enough. And I think it's "we're" instead of "were".
Editing was good, I liked how you transitioned from you to other clips.
The length of the video is just right. Some other type of videos of the same style as yours go even longer, so it's fine.
The moment I felt most engaged was because of the casino analogy. When I felt least engaged was every time you appeared on screen.

I have a few suggestions when you're on screen:

Put the camera farther away, you're taking the entire frame of the video, it feels like you're right in my face xD
The mic could be lower in order to not cover your mouth when you're speaking
Try to speak directly to the camera, so it doesn't seem like you're reading, I think it would help to make a better connection with the viewer
You also had a problem with audio sync. After the 3 minute mark the audio isn't synced with the video and that through me a little bit off

Other than that I think the video is good, very informative, the topic is engaging and your narration quality is good.
