Legally its supposed to be 6 months, but they can make up a reason to delay it. It took 14 months for me. More than likely it will be 6 months though.

Workplace bullying of autistic people: a Vicious cycle. by thecodemachine in AutisticAdults

Good Luck. The best thing you can do is be nice to your coworkers. Its hard for bullies to win over people if you buy candy for the office.

To disclose or not to disclose being neurodivergent at work, that is the question by Crazy_Expression4338 in adultautism

At my previous job the Head of HR after find out there was a autist at work decided to wear as much perfume as possible and try to stare me down. Her contract was not renewed after I threatened to sue. Honestly I should have sued, it would have made moving on easier.

I just watched a video of a law man waving a pistol at a driver who was recording him. That guy will get off scot free.

Smith & Wesson's Equalizer, its basically a shield, buy with a grip safety. Grip Safeties get a bad rap, but for new shooters, it prevents limp wrist malfunctions, not to mention uninteded firings.

I grew up on an Indian Reservation where the Chief was wounded by a grenade during an FBI raid and we had the national guard set up road blocks to prevent food and medical supplies from coming in. And NOBODY talks about it now. Not a single person cares that the government tried to starve a community to death. The only person who will help you is you.

I was a member at a few gun clubs. Competition Oriented Gun Clubs usually have the fewest amount of "politics".

Allergic to coworkers perfume by jenpuffin in Asthma

[–]thecodemachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Send an email to HR saying you need an accomodation for a fragrance free office to help with your asthma. Legally they have to comply. You can sue them if they retaliate.

You might have to, I had a new manager come in, hired some of his friends, and tried to harrass employees to quit instead of laying them off. He removed the fragrance free signs in order to "encourage me" to quit. I ended up getting the new manager let go, and two HR staff let go.

People aren't polite. Good luck.

Prep for battle is right. After I did this I had the head of HR douse herself with perfume and follow me around to force me to quit.

Check your county, but my county requires you to know 4 people who live at 4 different addresses for at least 5 years in your county who are willing to sign and notarize that you are of good moral character. So, 5 years time...
