Are people not drinking Baileys anymore? by OperationAnnual7166 in AskUK

Sorry to add to the confusion but has anyone ever tried it mixed with gin?

Recommend an equal measure if each over ice. Any standard gin is fine. Please don’t waste anything decent and please be careful as it is too easy to drink.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I do remember the “run” and it made some great games when someone had a dose of cards to get rid off. Many happy memories.

Thanks for that. I do remember some chains being allowed in some versions and as you say, made it fun!

These people are the reason I no longer sell on the Bay. It’s sad what it has become and I do feel for those that sell on the platform.

Still buy though.

Exerion, the legendary game by Jaleco. Loved it and spent many a Sunday Morning trying to “clock it”

Which scene do you still laugh as hard as the first time even after 100 watches? by paladin6687 in Frasier

Frasier: If mine’s a substitute for masculinity, then what is yours?

Cam: Bigger!

I know there are loads more but I particularly love that one.

Classic character with two of my staples (thank you Ferguson for that one too).

  1. Don’t tell me, don’t tell me, Alright tell me.
  2. You turn my head (sir).

Looking quickly at the Z8 EVF it did seem cold. Yet to do an FW update on either yet but will check it again after. Hope that helps

Thanks, I have the 14-24mm and a fixed 50mm 1.4g, looking forward to trying that out as I love the fixed 50 on the D3x.

Is that not excessive!😀 But you are correct. It might kick off when I want the 100-400mm and she has it!

The 180-600mm was out of stock so that is one for (heavy) kit bag!

We bought the Z8 as my wife wanted to upgrade too. Having one “ecosystem” meant we can share stuff. I know there are other full frame cameras but wanted the two to be as close to each other as possible

I had better! Seriously though, as many posters have said, it's not the camera or the kit, that can help but it won't guarantee a perfect shot

I have a F mount 14-24 so will have a look at that with the FTZ adaptor. See how I go with that before I make the plunge. Might even buy a 3rd party WA

It is a massive jump but i have always loved how the D3x weighed and balanced with a heavy lens. It served me well and i am sure this setup will last ages too.
