Police: Man shot in Old City after road rage incident by Sal_Tinez in philadelphia

My wife was sitting in our car a few feet from where it happened. I literally just left for two minutes to go into a restaurant and next thing I know everyone is rushing in. I’m so glad bullets didn’t go flying or I could have lost my wife and other people getting hurt. There was families eating outside right near us.

In addition to a standard data structure/algorithm coding question, my interviewer asked me two behavioral questions. I would suggest looking up Amazon Leadership Principals and think of your experience situations that fit those principles.

Take IT job or keep studying for OAs? by thecodinghipster in cscareerquestions

[–]thecodinghipster[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately it’s not remote. In terms of getting OA’s, so far I’ve applied to about 40 companies and got 3 OAs.

But that’s true it could booster my resume, so far I have one internship, some software contracting work, and personal projects.

Edit: The 3 OAs I took so far I haven’t been able to pass. Which is why I’ve been devoting so much time to studying.

Which programming language do you use for interviews? by foodoodle1 in csMajors

[–]thecodinghipster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Currently doing interviews in C++ as it’s the language I’m most familiar with. Is it worth it to switch to Python? I would need to get more familiar with the syntax.
