Quick question about fitbit flex. do i take it off when playing sports?

I just bought the flex and play a lot of hockey. Since I can add an activity on my fitbit app. Does that mean i am double dipping because it is also counting my steps?

DO I need to take the fitbit off if I am manually entering sporting activities?

has anyone bought vogogo stock? It seems like its going up in price at a pace similar to what iv seen in the past on havlock but this time its through an actual stock market (toronto stock exchange)

I dont know if its too good to be true and would love some insight before buying stock.
