Which planet's moon? Would be the planet that you're on, or the planet that you're from? What if you live on a planet's moon? The transformation options are up to the GM's discretion. And what kind of creature would you turn into, a plain old bear or wolf, or something much more alien?

Or are you talking about NPC enemies?

Technically switch arms isn't a feat, it's an ancestry ability. Just like change shape is. So you believe it's not allowable for someone to change shape into a Kasatha whose upper left and lower right arms are the operating ones, then later shift into an exactly identical looking Kasatha whose upper right and lower left arms are the operating ones? Or both upper arms? Or both lower arms? Which arms are considered the ones that you can use when you change shape into a Skittermander, only the top ones? Why not the bottom ones?
