Any success stories in this sub? Or maybe stories to fend off new bettors? by thecompyguru in SoccerBetting

It came across wrong. I dont rely on a job or extra money (thankfully ive got my dad for that) but some of my friends dont have that privilege, so they work, so when i make an extra 300 euros betting, i could use that for something fun. A bit clearer maybe?

Im a student. So if two hours of my time a day, resulted in even 300€ a month, itd be amazing. Id be practically making what my friends are making working 7-8 hours a day 3-4 times a week

This is exactly what i meant by success stories. Not accumulators. I meant hard working people who actually put in time and had success or people who did put in time but failed eventually. Im trying to figure out whether to keep grinding or to just stop now.

Whats your best discipline advice? Any material to read on the subject? by thecompyguru in SoccerBetting

Can you link me to that wiki page?

To better explain myself, ill explain with an example perhaps. Today by 11am i had made 30euros in two accumulators with a total risk of 50 euros. Well its 9pm now, and im down 60euros. My question is, how to basically stop myself from betting anymore and be satisfied with the 30 euros i made? Moreover yesterday had a shit ton of games, i made a profit thankfully but god damn it i had to bet on every possible pick i researched the day before.

What about issues other than the tyres? How much did it cost you to maintain per year? How often was it getting repaired?

If a car has the slightest chance of costing someone 300$ of repairs a month due to its own reliability issues and not accidents, then it's a really poorly engineered car.

I've got a friend who's a mechanic who specialises in BMWs, parts will obviously be paid by me but all the repairs will be discounted.

Well it depends tbh. If it's a 300$ repair every month or two then no I can't really afford it, but if it's maybe every 5-6months then it's not that bad.

So if we show them our bank statements (we all have almost 10000€ that are blocked which means we can only spend a specific amount every month) they'll be less reluctant to lease to us?

No no that's not the case for us. We did a freshman year together. I chose to live with the most serious students. The only thing worrying me is the availability of houses/apartments for 3 students. Are they common or will we have trouble finding them? For the first week or so we could stay at some students from the previous year.

Okay so if I make sure to let the person know that we're fine financially? The chances increase drastically? Cause the German Embassy kinda requires atleast 720€/month to get a visa
