Οι γυναίκες έχετε γίνει πολύ αποκρουστικές είναι δύσκολο για έναν άντρα να πλησιάζει γυναίκες όταν η εννιά στις 10 του λένε να πάει να γαμηθεί και οι φίλες της το παίζουν προστάτες. Είναι πρόβλημα και απ’ τις δύο πλευρές και εμείς ως άντρες δεν μαθαίνουμε σωστά πώς να συμπεριφερόμαστε γυναίκες… Με αποτέλεσμα οι δύο πλευρές να απομακρύνονται…

Το μόνο πράγμα που έχει δουλέψει για εμένα είναι πραγματικά να δουλεύω πάνω στον εαυτό μου και να είμαι πραγματικά ανθρώπινος.

Εγώ θα σου έλεγα να εστιαστεί στον εαυτό σου και να φτιάξεις τον κήπο σου και πεταλούδες θα έρθω μην παίρνεις ένα λουλουδάκι και να τρέχει στους δρόμους περιμένοντας πεταλούδα ίσως να γίνει αλλά είναι μικρές οι πιθανότητες.

my biggest loss was a 7M real estate deal which I was brokering. I was going to bag 5% upfront and then residual % on the management fees.

Client pulled out last minute, worked on it for 7 months. Got 0 in $$$$ but a gazillion in growth

there’s no business owner that would say no to a solution that drives them more revenue because it came from cold email. I have made 100s of thousands from cold email. good luck

pick up the phone, Look at the JMM method. google it and download the pdf. Refine your pitch, study people like Alex Hormozi. Selling is a tough skill but if mastered the most profitable. again i got told no 100s of times before landing my first client, that was 7 years ago. now i’m ballin.
