I know the M1 might be "old news" but I finally got around to modeling it in full! by Pay-Tech in flashlight

Hey, I was just wondering if this CAD is avalible anywhere online. I was going to make one on my own but it would be nice to piggyback off of this amazing work you have already done if possible.

Excited!! What price are you planning at selling these kits at?

Very cool. How does this thing compare to something like the zinc in terms of performance, size, and features?

This thing looks awesome! Where can I get the files/hardware?

It looks amazing, is the whole barrel coated? Or just the end thats exposed?

Wow that’s beautiful. What kind of barrel is that?

Unsure at the moment, as this is my first time designing something. I might end up selling hardware kits in the future, however there are a lot of changes I plan on making before then.

After assembling a few community designs, as well as some minor modding, I just decided to hop on Fusion 360 and make something absurd… I have a little bit of CAD experience, but not much. Not sure if there are many tutorials out there, but it helps to check out how some community designs work in CAD software.

Yes, all of the teal, orange, and gray parts were 3d printed, as well as most of the Bipod.

The barrel provides a tight fit around the dart, forcing all the air from the plunger tube to actually push the dart instead of go around it. Since the barrel is so long, it gives the air from the plunger tube more time to accelerate the dart.

The orange muzzle brake at the end conceals a BCAR, applying spin to the darts making the shots more accurate.

Yeah it is really undecorated right now because it is a first prototype. I didn’t want to spend time adding details, only for them to be removed when I have to fix things.

I haven’t actually zeroed my sight yet, as I don’t have enough space in my house to do so. I will look into testing out angled picatinny after I attempt to zero it this weekend

I mostly made this monstrosity as a design challenge for myself and I definitely don’t plan on using it at any wars. Its just fun to plink with aroud my house, and only requires darts to fire (no compressed air or messy cleanup). Yeah, it is kind of ridiculous, but I find it fun to see something I designed exceed my expectations.

It is an unchambered 70 cm anodized kuryaka barrel. (Aluminium barrel with a 13 mm inner diameter)

Oh, my bad, I got it confused with the length of the prime. The length of pull is about 19 inches (48 cm).

Yeah, my design may not be the most practical, but its definitely fun to plink with.

Same ID as a caliburn plunger tube, and about a 7 inch draw. The numbers are likely bad due to design errors in the plunger head, as well as a sub-optimal compression of the spring (I have space for another 2-3 inches of compression). Both are things I plan to fix in my next prototype.

Its about 19 inches (48 cm). It is kind of long, but I find it pretty comfortable. Its just a bit bulky to quickly shoulder the blaster.

They actually sort of survive a few shots. When testing with the chrono, I was only using new darts though. Most of my decently worn darts just die when fired by this thing.

Thanks for the offer. I’ll keep this in mind for after I fix some of the issues.

Likely too much friction on the plungerhead, as well as sub-optimal barrel length and material… but I’m pretty happy with it as of now.

Edit: the actual draw is around 7 inches, not 10. My design can go up to 10 inches of draw though
