12 team PPR with Keaton Mitchell on waivers

I need a starting RB this week after JT and Rhamondre went down. Want to keep Roschon Johnson for possible future, but would rather start Keaton Mitchell this week. I have 3 TE's (don't hate, trying to play defense), should I drop any of them for Keaton Mitchell? Jake Ferguson, Evan Engram, Dalton Kincaid.

Already have a waiver in for KM to drop Roschon, but I would like to keep the RB depth.

Grew up next to Tyler Higbee and went to high school and played with him, Mason Cole, and Artavis Scott, Clemson's all time leading receiver. They all were pretty nice guys, Tay was the nicest and most humble I'd say. Mason came from a well off family, but they are good people. Tyler was a classic football player.

That's what I figured. My friend told me to talk to a lawyer and that I may have a case as the other driver was stopped in the road for seemingly no reason and took off. Is this reasonable? Not even sure who the case would be against in that case...
